General FAQ

What is  Neon Nights?

Neon Nights is a 2-day music festival established for fans to experience country music in a festival setting with friends, good times and a great price.

What  does your ticket price include?

2-Day pass includes admittance to the festival concerts Friday and Saturday, Clay’s Resort Jellystone Park Swimming Lake Fri 10am-6pm, Sat 11am-7pm, Does not include access to the Adventure Park (multi level play tower), swimming pool, or warming tub. A 2-Day Pass does not include a place to camp but does allows you to enter the camp grounds until 7pm daily. Caught without a festival  camping wristband in the campgrounds after 7pm will result in a $350.00 fee  and removal from the park. Sweeps of the campground begin at 7:30pm. Parking is not included.

SINGLE DAY TICKET includes admittance to the festival concerts on the day purchased. Clay’s Resort Jellystone Park Swimming Lake Fri 10am-6pm or  Sat 11am-7pm on the day purchased. Does not include access to the Adventure Park (multi level play tower), swimming pool, or warming tub. A single day ticket does not include a place to camp but does allow you to enter the camp grounds until 7pm on the day you purchased. Caught without a festival  camping wristband in the campgrounds after 7pm will result in a $350.00 fee  and removal from the park. Sweeps of the campground begin at 7:30pm. Parking is not included.

FESTIVAL CAMPING TICKET includes admittance to the festival concerts for 2-days Friday and Saturday. DOES NOT INCLUDE A CAMPSITE. Allows you to join a Campsite/XL Campsite permit holder for overnight stay in the campgrounds. Admittance to Clay’s Resort Jellystone Park Swimming Lake. Does not include access to the Adventure Park (multi level play tower), swimming pool, or warming tub. Early Thursday camping is available for an upgrade fee.

CAMPSITE/XL CAMPSITE PERMITS allows you to have a campsite with NO electric and water hook up with a minimum 2 two and maximum 10 people. ONE PERSON IN YOUR CAMPING GROUP must have a Campsite/XL Campsite permit for overnight access to the campgrounds  (campsite). The Campsite/XL Campsite permit does not include tickets into the concerts or access to Clay's Resort Jellystone Park Adventure Water Park or other Amenities. Each person staying on your campsite must have a Festival Camping Ticket. At the time of ticket check-out you will have to select an Arrival Time, If you select an early arrival time other than Friday your entire groups Festival Camping Ticket is upgraded to the select date.

DELUXE CAMPING A campsite with electric and water hookups. **All  DELUXE CAMPSITE and CABIN packages DOES NOT INCLUDE YOUR TICKET TO THE CONCERTS**. Please purchase a 2-day pass for everyone in your group. These campsites are bought and sold through the venue directly (Clay’s Resort Jellystone Park). DO NOT BUY A  CAMPING PERMIT IF YOU WANT FULL HOOK-UPS. We cannot switch your camping permit to deluxe camping once you purchase it or provide a refund. There is a required minimum of people in order to reserve a Deluxe campsite/cabin and a varying maximum occupancy for each campsite/cabin type. PIT PASSES are an upgrade ticket only. This is NOT A TICKET valid for entry to the festival. You must have a 2-Day Pass, Corresponding Single Day, Festival Camping ticket.

Do I have access to the Clay's Swimming Lake

Yes, you must have your festival wristband to have access to the Clay’s Resort Jellystone Park Swimming Lake Fri 10am-6pm, Sat 11am-7pm, Does not include access to the Adventure Park (multi level play tower), swimming pool, or warming tub.

Is there transportation/shuttles available on the festival grounds?

Taxi Service Vehicles will be available for a charge if you need to shuttle around the grounds. *NEW* There will be a taxi stop marked in the waterpark area that the taxis will frequently visit! You CAN NOT bring your own Golf Carts, ATVs, UTVs. Scooters, Lawn Mowers and Recreational Vehicles onto the campgrounds or into the amphitheater.

Do you charge for parking?

Yes,  there is a charge for parking daily. Parking opens at 9:30am daily.  Carpooling is encouraged . We also offer a Premium Tailgate alley parking area that is close to the entrance with limited spots that are first come first serve.  Shuttle buses, party buses and RVs used to tailgate will be charged extra to park in the daily lot. All parking is paid upon arrival to the  festival. Vehicles left in the parking lot overnight need to be removed by  9am the following day or you will be charged the additional daily rate and be  subject to tow.

All Campsite/XL Campsite permits allow for Only ONE additional vehicle with Camper Unit/RV. Only ONE vehicle per tent camping site. Additional vehicles that exceed the vehicle site rule will be required to purchase a camping parking pass and park in a designated area within the festival grounds, not at your campsite.

Is there assigned seating?

There is no assigned seating, every ticket to The Country Fest is general admission. Only blankets and Standard Lawn chairs (no overhead shade, fold outs, hammocks or zero gravity chairs) are allowed in designated areas. Have your chair out of the bag ready to be checked by security. The Pit area is the only designated area for general admission that requires the purchase of a Pit Pass (upgrade to Commuter, Single Day or Camping ticket).

Where do I find my ticket for scan in? When can I arrive for the  concert?

tickets were not mailed but EMAILED to all ticketholders when you purchased them and can also be accessed through your Tixr account. Please  print them out or have them pulled up on your phone through Tixr or saved to your phones wallet. Try checking your junk or spam folders please! For other ticket help email support@tixr.com

The gates open into the amphitheater daily at 10:00 am and parking will be open at 9:30 am. Both 2-Day Pass holders and Festival Campers use the same entrance off 93 (5050  Manchester Ave NW, North Lawrence, OH 44666) DO NOT USE PATTERSON  ST/PENBOOK AVE FOR ENTRY. Use either parking entrance off 93 to enter festival parking/camping,. If you are a 2- Day Pass holder please pull up to the attendant at the tent. If you are a Festival Camper, continue driving across the field to the Camping Gate.  There is a early bird camping fee per camper if you arrive before Friday that you purchase when purchasing your Campsite Permit.

Where do I get my bar code scanned on my ticket to receive my wristband?

*Same  Locations as 2023*   TICKET USER MUST BE  PRESENT TO RECEIVE WRIST BAND.
Once you have your wristband you will NOT need to visit the scan gate again to re-enter the amphitheater, just keep your wristband on for the rest of the festival.

2- Day Pass /SINGLE DAY TICKETS -  You will receive your wristband at the  'Scan-In Tent' On the edge of the Tailgate Alley before you pass through security. Daily Tickets & Daily Pit Passes will only be given out on that  day. If you arrive early and plan to tailgate please consider getting your ticket scanned early to receive your wristband for entry.

CAMPING TICKETS - you will receive your wristband at camping staging during time of check in.

What is  the wristband policy?

Wristbands will be given at the time of ticket scan-in. Ticket user must be present in order to receive wristband. Wristbands must be worn for the duration of the festival. Do not loosen/take off your wristband, or lose your wristband as this  becomes your ticket once ticket is scanned. Ticket barcodes are only able to be scanned once. Wristbands are NON-REPLACEABLE/ NON-TRANSFERABLE.

What  does non-transferable mean?

Non-transferable means the same person must use the ticket all 2 days of the festival. 2- Day Passes and Festival Camping tickets cannot be broken into individual days and used by multiple people. THE SAME PERSON MUST USE THEIR TICKET FOR THE DURATION OF THE ENTIRE FESTIVAL. Wristbands can not be passed from person to person - if caught doing so you are subject to removal without refund from the festival.

Are  Pets allowed in the amphitheater and camp grounds?

NO PETS are allowed on the festival camping grounds, amphitheater or water park except Licensed Service Animals (paperwork must be provided)

If I  can no longer attend the event is my ticket or campsite permit refundable or  can I resell my ticket or campsite permit?

TICKETS AND CAMPSITE PERMITS FOR NEON NIGHTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. You may resell your ticket or campsite permit and transfer your ticket or campsite permit to someone else through the Tixr website. For help transferring your tickets email support@tixr.com

What is  a Pit Pass?

IT IS AN ADD ON/UPGRADE ONLY. A Pit Pass is NOT FOR ENTRY into the festival. You MUST purchase a 2-Day Pass, Single Day Ticket, Festival Camping Ticket for admittance to the festival. Deluxe Campers must have a 2-Day Pass. The ‘Pit’ is a designated section that is blocked off at the very front of the stage that also has a separate bathroom and beer cart. Buying a pit pass allows you to have access to the pit for the day that the pit pass is purchased for.

What is  NOT allowed in the amphitheater?

NOT ALLOWED: Umbrellas, coolers or outside beverages/alcohol, illegal substances, weapons of any kind, pets or animals, zero gravity chairs, wagons, laser pointers, glow-sticks, fireworks, zoom lens cameras, balloons, balls, inflatables, bicycles, skateboards, scooters, waterguns, spray bottles or water balloons, any item deemed unsafe by venue management

What is permitted in the amphitheater?

PERMITTED: Standard lawn/camp chairs (no overhead shade or fold outs. *If you bring a chair, remove the chair from its bag to speed up the security scanning process), blankets, sunscreen, sunglasses, hats, fanny packs, 1 sealed water bottle per person, small bags/purses (will be check at the gate by security). Security staff will also wand/metal detect all ticket holders upon entry.

Where is Will Call?

Will Call and Informational Tent is located just beyond the Commuter Scan-in tent on your left before security/entrance to the amphitheater. Hours will be 10am-7pm Friday, and Saturday.

What  happens if it rains or there is changes or cancellation to the show lineup?

Our event is rain or shine, NO REFUNDS. There are NO REFUNDS for changes, delays, or cancelations to the show line up.

When can I arrive the day of the concert?

The gates open at 10:00 am and parking will be open at 9:30 am.

Do you sell food and drinks?

Food and beverages are available for purchase in our venue. We have typical fair food ranging from burgers and hot dogs, to cheese-steaks and pizza. And let’s not forget that refreshing homemade lemonade! Outside food or drink will not be permitted in the amphitheater. No glass bottles in the parking lot or camp grounds.

Camping FAQ

What is  a Campsite Permit/XL Campsite Permit?

All festival campers must have a Festival Camping Ticket and ONE person in the site group must have a campsite or XL Campsite permit to guarantee a campsite. A Campsite/XL Campsite permit allows for one camper unit/RV or tent camping. There is a limit of 3 ITEMS PER SITE (only one of those can be a camper unit/RV) Minimum: 2 people per campsite Maximum: 10 people per campsite. When “Site Captains” purchase their Campsite Permit, they will be given Arrival Ticket options at that time. If Early Arrival is selected this additional fee covers the upgrade for all Festival Camping Tickets used with that Campsite/XL Campsite Permit. Visit the ‘Camping’ page for more info!

How  are campsites assigned?

All Festival Campers must have a Festival Camping Ticket and ONE PERSON in the site group must have a Campsite or XL Campsite permit purchased through Neon Nights. Sites are first-come first-serve upon arrival. You show up to the staging area (Use address 5050 Manchester Ave NW, North Lawrence, OH 44666) with your group, present your Campsite Permit and Festival Camping Tickets which will be scanned, you will then be given a wristband to wear for the entire festival. Your wristband becomes your ticket to the festival and is not replaceable/non-transferable. Once you pull to the front of the line you are directed into the campground where a 'placer' will lead you to the next best site available. The 'placer' will work with you to find a site that fits your needs. Festival Campsites do NOT have water or electric hookup. Deluxe campsites with water and electric hookup are available for purchase through Clay's Resort Jellystone Park directly but will require you to purchase a 2-day pass to come to the concert, check in/management of Deluxe Camping is through Clay's Resort Jellystone Park(Deluxe Camping use address 5556 Manchester Ave. NW North Lawrence, OH 44666)

I want to camp near friends, is that possible?

Yes, If you would like to camp together on more than one site you MUST arrive together. ONE PERSON in each campsite group must have a Campsite or XL Campsite permit. NO EXCEPTIONS. No saving, roping off, or spreading out among sites. If you want to camp beside another group you MUST arrive together.

How big  are the campsites?

Clearance  is measured to closest camping unit. Every campsite is roughly 1000 square  feet. RV’s, Trailers or Campers longer than 30 feet are ALLOWED and must have  a XL Camping Permit- we have sites to accommodate you! You MUST stay within  the lines of your site. Sites are regulated by the Health Department. Tongues  of campers MUST be facing the road in the campgrounds. Keep your site classy.  If the Health Department deems your site unfit you could forfeit your  admission without refund.

The  Festival Campsites are roughly 30x30 but I have a 34 foot camper, can you  accommodate me?

Yes we can accommodate you! If your RV/Camper unit is larger than 30 foot you must purchase a XL Campsite permit. Our sites vary in size and a generally 1000 sq. feet.

Can I  bring in my own firewood/ have a fire?

Yes, Firewood needs to be bug and disease free and preferably certified by the U.S. department of agriculture. No fires will be permitted in the pines. You MUST bring your own fire ring to be permitted to have a fire. The park prefers elevated fire pits to prevent ground damage. Burning trash/furniture, is UNACCEPTABLE and will lead to the whole festival losing the capabilities to have fires. If you violate fire policies you will be removed from the festival without refund.

What if  I am camping on the same site as my friends but cannot arrive with them?

As long  as the site does not exceed the 3 item rule, you can join them at a later  time. If there is not enough room on your campsite and you have additional  vehicles you may purchase a camping parking pass to park in a designated area  on the festival grounds. Even if you are joining friends, you must get your  Festival Camping Ticket scanned in at the Festival Camping Gate to receive  your wristband - enter off Route 93 use address 5050 Manchester Ave NW, North  Lawrence, OH 44666. DO NOT USE PATTERSON ST/PENBOOK AVE FOR ENTRY. Deluxe  Camping check in is through Clay's Resort Jellystone Park - 5556 Manchester  Ave. NW North Lawrence, OH 44666.

Is there  a min and max limit of people per campsite?

Yes, ONE  person in the group must have a campsite or XL Campsite permit. Minimum: 2  people per campsite Maximum: 10 people

Is there  a limit of items per site?

There is  a limit of 3 ITEMS PER SITE(only one of those can be a camper unit/RV) Those  items can be any combination of a camper, car, truck or tent. Only ONE  additional vehicle with Camper Unit/RV. Only ONE vehicle per tent camping  site. Additional vehicles that exceed the vehicle site rule will be required  to purchase a camping parking pass and park in a designated area within the  festival grounds, not at your campsite.

Where do  I enter camping once I have gone through staging and checked in?

Once you  are checked in and placed- please use the waterpark entrance and do not  reenter through the staging field.

Can I  arrive early to camp?

Yes, you  can arrive as early as Thursday to camp. When “Site Captains” purchase their  Campsite Permit, they will be given Arrival Ticket options at that time. If  Early Arrival is selected this additional fee covers the upgrade for all  Festival Camping Tickets used with that Campsite/XL Campsite Permit

How do I dispose of trash on my campsite?

Trash  will be collected daily so place trash bags by access roads. You will get ONE  warning about trash on your campsite. After the warning, you will be removed  from the campgrounds without refund.

Are  other vehicles allowed on the campgrounds?

Golf  Carts, ATVs, UTVs. Scooters, Lawn Mowers and Recreational Vehicles are NOT  allowed to be brought on to the grounds. Only RV/Camper units, cars/trucks  with proper parking passes are permitted in the campgrounds.

Are  outside food and drinks allowed in the campgrounds?

yes,  outside food and drink are allowed in the campgrounds. No glass bottles are  allowed in the campgrounds. No outside food and drink is permitted in the  amphitheater.

Is there  access to showers?

Personal  showers are NOT permitted. Dumping of illegal gray water is NOT permitted.  Shower trailers will be available in the campgrounds at no charge to guest.

2-Day Pass/Single Day FAQ

What time does the scan in gate open?

Opens  daily @ 10am. Ticket scan gate is located at the edge of the parking lot at  the end of VIP/Tailgate Alley before crossing Patterson Road to enter the  amphitheater. Look for the red indicator flags.

Can I  use the Swimming Lake if I have a 2-Day pass or Single Day ticket?

Yupp! Commuters have access to the Festival Campground amenities  including the Swimming Lake Fri 10am-6pm & Sat 11am-7pm Must have  wristband for water park entry. Single Day ticket holders have access to the  Festival Campground amenities including the Swimming Lake on the  corresponding day of their concert ticket. Festival concert tickets DO NOT  include access to the Adventure Park (multi level play tower), swimming pool,  or warming tub.

Can I  go into the festival campgrounds with a Commuter or Single Day Ticket?

Yes, with a Commuter Ticket you have access into the  campgrounds from 10am - 7pm daily. With a Daily Ticket you have access to the  campgrounds on the day your ticket is valid. Caught without a festival  camping wristband in the campgrounds after 7pm will result in a $350.00 fee  and removal from the park. Sweeps of the campground begin at 7:30pm

Can I  upgrade a Commuter 2-day pass to Camping?

Yes, 2-day passes can upgrade to camping and must do so prior to arriving to camp Email support@tixr.com to upgrade. Single-day ticket holders will NOT be allowed to upgrade from a Friday, or Saturday Day Ticket to a Festival Camping Ticket.

Is tailgating permitted?

Yes, If you arrive early to tailgate - we recommend getting your  ticket scanned early in the day to avoid a longer wait to get into the  amphitheater. Tailgating is permitted anywhere in the Daily Parking Lot but  glass bottles are NOT allowed. Premium Tailgate Alley parking can be  purchased (first come first serve). PLEASE PLEASE Designate A Driver. You are  a part of The Country Fest family and we want to see you next year!

Can I  sleep in my car in the daily parking lot?

No,  sleeping in your car/camping in the daily parking lot is not permitted. You  will be subject to fee and/or removal from the festival without refund.
