ALL FESTIVAL CAMPERS will arrive at the select arrival time off of route 93 and follow the signs to proceed through the field to our designated staging area use address 5050 Manchester Ave NW, North Lawrence, OH44666 for directions.

DO NOT USE PATTERSON ST/PENBOOK AVE FOR DAILY & FESTIVAL CAMPING ENTRY. Use parking lot Entrance 1 or 2 depending on which direction you are arriving from. Both lead to the Camping Gate.View our maps for Arrival Details

All campers must be present in their car at the time of staging-no exceptions. DO NOT LEAVE VEHICLES UNATTENDED IN THE STAGING LINE.
Event management staff members will scan your Festival Camping ticket & Campsite Permit Ticket, You will then receive your camping wristband, the wristband becomes your ticket for the entire festival.

Wristbands are NOT REPLACEABLE/NON-TRANSFERABLE.

Campers will then receive appropriate parking passes for ONE camping unit/RV per site and ONE Additional vehicle -or- ONE parking pass for a vehicle if tent camping and then be guided into the camping entrance where an event placer will help you proceed to a campsite.

ALL CAMP SITES ARE FIRST COME FIRST SERVE! you would like to camp together you MUST arrive together. NO EXCEPTIONS. You may NOT spread out and save sites after you have been placed, you will be subject to removal without refund.

Every campsite is roughly 1,000 square feet. You MUST stay within the lines of your site. Sites are regulated by the Health Department. Tongues of campers MUST be facing the road in the campgrounds.

Campsite/XL Campsite permits DO NOT have water and electric hook up.

Deluxe Camping purchased through Clay's Park Jellystone Resort DOES HAVE water and electric hook up, limited spots available. Please call them directly to make a reservation:

There is a LIMIT OF 3 ITEMS PER SITE  Only ONE additional vehicle with Camper Unit/RV. Only ONE vehicle per tent camping site. Additional vehicles that exceed the vehicle site rule will be required to purchase a camping parking pass and park in a designated area within the festival grounds, not at your campsite.*NEW THIS YEAR* You will select an arrival ticket at the time of campsite permit check-out which covers the entire campsite group. Early arrival fees are no longer per-person.

Keep sites tidy, neat, & classy.If the Health Department deems your site unfit you could forfeit your admission

There is a limit of 10 PEOPLE PE PER SITE. More than 10 people in your group? Purchase the appropriate amount of Campsite/XL Campsite Permits to accommodate everyone

NO SAVING OR ROPING OFF SITES. If you want to camp beside another group you MUST arrive together.

All persons on your site past 7:00pm are required to have a Festival Camping Ticket.

FESTIVAL CAMPING  TICKET

- 2-Day Wristband Admission for ONE person to all Friday and Saturday Concerts in the Amphitheater
- Access to 2 nights of camping on the festival camping grounds (Friday August 9th 8am-Sunday at Noon)
- Daily access to the Clay's Resort Swimming Lake Friday 12pm-7pm & Sat 11am-7pm.  Does not include access to the Adventure Park (multi level play tower), swimming pool, or warming tub.

**FESTIVAL CAMPING TICKET DOES NOT INCLUDE A CAMPSITE** One person in your camping group must purchase a Campsite/XL Campsite Permit




DELUXE CAMPING
These campsites/cabins are sold through and managed through Clay's Resort Jellystone Park directly. If you want to purchase Deluxe Camping there is a Minium 3 night stay and needs to book through clayspark.com If you have questions about Deluxe Camping call Clay’s Resort JellystonePark : 330-854-6691

*DO NOT BUY A FESTIVAL CAMPING TICKET IF YOU WANT FULL HOOK-UPS* Festival Camping tickets can not be switch to Deluxe Camping or Refunded. If you Deluxe camp through Clay's then you will need to purchase a 2-Day pass for the concerts.

- A Deluxe Campsite or Cabin rental through Clay's Resort Jellystone Park WITH electric and water hookups (sewer options available)- All campsites must be booked for a minimum of 2 people.  Cabin occupancy vary by unit type and required to be booked to capacity
- Daily access to the Swimming Lake, Adventure Park (multi level play structure), swimming pool and warming tub.
- Designated parking for allotted number of vehicles--maximum of 2 vehicles site per site/unit.
- Access to Clay's Resort Jellystone Park amenities; restaurant, store, fishing lake, swimming lake, Adventure Park (multi level play structure), swimming pool, warming tub, and camping resort activities.  Please note some activities may have additional fees.  For full list of amenities visit

CAMPSITE/XL CAMPSITE PERMIT

CAMPSITE PERMIT
- 1 Campsite (roughly 1000 square feet) that allows for a camper unit/RV (30 foot in length or under) and/or tent camping Friday August 11th 8am - Sunday August 13th 11am
- Campsite DOES NOT include water or electric.
- Minimum: 2 people per campsite Maximum: 10 people per campsite
- 3 ITEMS PER SITE (only one of those can be a camper unit/RV) Only ONE additional vehicle with Camper Unit/RV. Only ONE vehicle per tent camping site. Additional vehicles that exceed the vehicle site rule will be required to purchase a camping parking pass and park in a designated area within the festival grounds, not at your campsite.

XL CAMPSITE PERMIT
- 1 Campsite (roughly 1000 square feet) that allows for a Pull behind trailer, RV/fifth wheels (over 30 foot in length but can not exceed 50 foot in length) camping Friday August 11th 8am - Sunday August 13th 11am
-Campsite DOES NOT include water or electric.
- Minimum: 2 people per campsite Maximum: 10 people per campsite
- 3 ITEMS PER SITE (only one of those can be a camper unit/RV) Only ONE additional vehicle with Camper Unit/RV. Only ONE vehicle per tent camping site. Additional vehicles that exceed the vehicle site rule will be required to purchase a camping parking pass and park in a designated area within the festival grounds, not at your campsite.

*Will need to select arrival ticket which covers the entire campsite group at the time of Campsite/XL Campsite checkout.

Camping Rules

Campground Rules

  1. You HAVE to bring your own fire ring to be permitted to have a fire, the park prefers elevated fire pits to prevent ground damage. NO FIRES will be permitted in the pines. Firewood needs to be bug and disease free and preferably certified by the U.S. department of agriculture. BURNING OF TRASH AND FURNITURE WILL NOT BE TOLERATED..
  2. Generators & Loud Music must be shut off at 12:30 am
  3. No pets are allowed except Licensed Service Animals (paperwork must be provided).
  4. Golf Carts, ATVs, UTVs. Scooters, Lawn Mowers and Recreational Vehicles are NOT allowed to be brought on to the grounds.
  5. Taxi Service Vehicles will be available for charge if you need to shuttle around the grounds.

    Caught without a festival camping wristband in the campgrounds will result in a $350.00 fee and removal from the park. Sweeps of the campground begins at 9:00 pm.
  6. Vehicle “cruising” will not be tolerated. In order to ensure the safety of everyone the Lawrence Township Police will be enforcing this rule so leave the cruising to Florida Georgia Line.NO vehicles will be allowed into the campgrounds after 6:00 pm regardless of parking pass. Coming and going from the campground will cease by 6:00pm daily
  7. Coolers are permitted in the campgrounds, but glass bottles are not allowed.

    8. BAG TRASH-1 STRIKE POLICY.
    Trash will be collected daily so place trash bags by access roads. You will get ONE warning about trash on your campsite. After the warning, you will be removed from the campgrounds.

    9. Personal showers are NOT permitted. Dumping of illegal gray water is NOT permitted. Shower trailers will be on site on the campgrounds for no additional charge.

AMPHITHEATER Rules

  1. Blankets and Chairs are only available in designated areas of amphitheater. Only standard lawn/camp chairs (no overhead shade or fold outs or zero gravity chairs)
  2. Outside food or drink will not be permitted in the amphitheater (one sealed bottle of water is permitted per person).
  3. Have bags out and chairs out of their bags to be ready to be checked by security upon entrance to the venue.

    NOT ALLOWED IN THE AMPHITHEATER: Umbrellas, coolers or outside beverages/alcohol, illegal substances, weapons of any kind, pets or animals, zero gravity chairs, wagons, laser pointers, glow-sticks, fireworks, zoom lens cameras, balloons, balls, inflatables, bicycles, skateboards, scooters, water-guns, spray bottles or water balloons, any item deemed unsafe by venue management
  4. EVENT IS RAIN OR SHINE. NO REFUNDS WILL BE AVAILABLE.
